{"id":16515,"date":"2020-08-01T05:51:00","date_gmt":"2020-07-31T22:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dosen.ikipsiliwangi.ac.id\/fadly-pratama\/kebijakan-pendidikan-karakter\/"},"modified":"2020-08-01T05:51:48","modified_gmt":"2020-07-31T22:51:48","slug":"kebijakan-pendidikan-karakter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dosen.ikipsiliwangi.ac.id\/en\/fadly-pratama\/kebijakan-pendidikan-karakter\/","title":{"rendered":"Kepemimpinan dalam Perubahan dan Pengembangan organisasi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>\u00a0KEBIJAKAN PENDIDIKAN BERKARAKTER DALAM LINGKUP ORGANISASI\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Anlisisi : Kepemimpinan dalam Perubahan dan Pengembangan organisasi<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tujuan dari tulisan ini adalah untuk\u00a0 mengekplorasi bagaimana aktivitas kepemimpinan dan\u00a0 manajerial dalam organisasi dinas pendidikan kaitannya dengan kebijakan pendidikan berkarakter yang harus diimplementasikan.<\/p>\n<p>Kebijakan pendidikan berkarakter merupakan <em>guide line<\/em> atau keputusan dari organisasi perangkat daerah (Dinas Pendidikan) yang menjadi acuan program dan kegiatan serta system pembelajaran di tingkat satuan pendidikan.\u00a0 Kebijakan pendidikan berkarakter dibuat oleh penanggungjawab penyelenggara pendidikan\u00a0 daerah (Bupati) karena melihat adanya masalah pada mutu lulusan di tiap jenjang pendidikan yang cukup serius. Penyelenggaraan pembelajaran di sekolah yang jauh dari karakter lingkungan dipandang menjadi factor penyebab tidak sesuainya mutu lulusan dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Implementasi kebijakan pendidikan berkarakter akan\u00a0 efektif jika fungsi-fungsi\u00a0 manajerial dijalankan dengan tepat mulai perencanaan, pengorganisasian, implementasi serta pengawasannya oleh manajer dinas pendidikan (Kepala Dinas Pendidikan). Kepala dinas pendidikan perlu merencanakan tahapan-tahapan implementasi, menghitung dan mempredikisi sumber daya yang diperlukan mulai dari tingkat dinas pendidikan sampai ke tingkat satuan pendidikan.
